AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE , From the beginning till the end they were great. I don’t know too much about residential roofs but their sales guys made me feel comfortable and informed me with everything they were going to do with the roof of my home. It was also satisfying to get to meet the owner who stopped by to check if everything was going as planned which was really great hospitality. This company doesn’t have a lot of reviews but it doesn’t do justice with the work they provide . 100% recommend.

Expert Roof Repair in The Heights, TX
Roof repair in The Heights means working on some of Houston's oldest and most architecturally distinct homes. Victorian bungalows and Craftsman cottages along Heights Boulevard face year-round stress from Gulf Coast weather, including heavy rainfall, high winds, hail, and intense summer heat and humidity. The Heights' dense tree canopy adds another layer of risk, with overhanging branches and falling debris causing shingle damage and accelerated moisture buildup on roof surfaces. Many homes in this neighborhood were built in the early 1900s, meaning older roof decking, complex rooflines, and steep pitches are common. Optimum Roofing Solutions addresses all of it: leak detection, flashing repairs, shingle replacement, and storm damage fixes. We assess the full condition of your roof before any work begins, so you know exactly what needs attention and why. If your home sits within the Heights Historic District, we work within those material and appearance guidelines. Call us to schedule your inspection.

The Heights' dense tree canopy creates shaded, damp conditions that stay wet longer than open-suburb roofs, which promotes algae and moss growth. Addressing the underlying moisture issue and repairing any compromised shingles stops the cycle of damage.
It often is, because early 1900s Heights homes can have spaced board decking, steep pitches, and detailed rooflines around dormers and chimneys that require careful, experienced work. Optimum Roofing Solutions is familiar with these older construction details and repairs them correctly.
