AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE , From the beginning till the end they were great. I don’t know too much about residential roofs but their sales guys made me feel comfortable and informed me with everything they were going to do with the roof of my home. It was also satisfying to get to meet the owner who stopped by to check if everything was going as planned which was really great hospitality. This company doesn’t have a lot of reviews but it doesn’t do justice with the work they provide . 100% recommend.

Expert Hail Damage Repair in The Heights, TX
Hail damage repair in The Heights starts with a thorough roof inspection. Houston sees multiple significant hail events each year, and The Heights is home to many early 1900s bungalows, craftsman homes, and cottages with aging rooflines that can be more vulnerable to impact. After a storm, hail can crack or loosen shingles, strip protective granules, dent flashing, and bruise the underlayment beneath the surface. That hidden damage often goes unnoticed until water finds its way inside. At Optimum Roofing Solutions, we inspect every accessible area of your roof, document all damage clearly, and walk you through the insurance claims process. Some Heights properties fall within historic overlay districts, where exterior roofing changes may require review by the City of Houston. We are familiar with working on older homes in this area and can help you understand what applies to your property. If your roof needs repair or full replacement after a hail event, call us to schedule an inspection.
