AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE , From the beginning till the end they were great. I don’t know too much about residential roofs but their sales guys made me feel comfortable and informed me with everything they were going to do with the roof of my home. It was also satisfying to get to meet the owner who stopped by to check if everything was going as planned which was really great hospitality. This company doesn’t have a lot of reviews but it doesn’t do justice with the work they provide . 100% recommend.

Expert Residential Roofing Installation in The Heights, TX
Optimum Roofing Solutions handles residential roofing installation for homes throughout The Heights, Houston's historic neighborhood just northwest of downtown. The Heights is home to Victorian, Craftsman, and Folk Victorian homes, many built in the early 1900s with steep pitches, complex rooflines, and original spaced-board decking that requires careful assessment before any new roof goes on. Houston averages over 50 inches of rain per year, and The Heights adds its own layer of challenge: a dense tree canopy that keeps roofs damp longer, raising the risk of algae and moisture damage. High winds during storm season can lift shingles on steep-pitched historic rooflines faster than on standard suburban homes. Our installation process covers deck evaluation, proper underlayment, flashing at every transition point, and material selection suited to both the local climate and the neighborhood's architectural character. If your Heights home needs a new roof, call Optimum Roofing Solutions to schedule an on-site assessment.

Residential Roofing Installation FAQ
Common questions about residential roofing installation in The Heights, TX.
Yes, we install roofs on historic Heights homes, including Victorian and Craftsman styles with steep pitches and complex rooflines. Our crew assesses the existing deck and roofline details before any materials go on.
In most cases, yes. Original spaced-board decking common in early 1900s Heights homes does not hold modern roofing nails correctly, so we evaluate and address the deck as part of every installation.
The dense tree canopy in The Heights keeps roofs damp longer after rain, which promotes algae and moss growth. We factor this into material selection during your installation to reduce that risk.
Missing or lifted shingles from high winds are the most common issue for Heights homes, especially on steep-pitched historic rooflines. Water intrusion at flashing points around valleys and dormers is also frequent after heavy rain.
We work with material profiles and color options that fit the architectural character of Heights homes. We discuss your home's style and any neighborhood requirements during the on-site assessment.
Call Optimum Roofing Solutions to schedule an on-site assessment of your Heights home. We review the existing roof, deck condition, and roofline details before recommending the right installation approach.
