AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE , From the beginning till the end they were great. I don’t know too much about residential roofs but their sales guys made me feel comfortable and informed me with everything they were going to do with the roof of my home. It was also satisfying to get to meet the owner who stopped by to check if everything was going as planned which was really great hospitality. This company doesn’t have a lot of reviews but it doesn’t do justice with the work they provide . 100% recommend.

Expert Wind Damage Repair in The Heights, TX
Wind damage repair in The Heights means more than patching a few shingles. Houston's Gulf Coast storms, including the straight-line winds that struck The Heights area in May 2024, can lift shingles, tear flashing, and expose roof decking without leaving obvious signs from the ground. Many homes in The Heights were built in the early 1900s as craftsman bungalows and folk-style cottages. Some of these homes use older spaced-board decking that makes shingles more vulnerable to uplift during high-wind events. At Optimum Roofing Solutions, we inspect for missing and lifted shingles, damaged ridge caps, compromised flashing around vents and chimneys, and granule loss that weakens your roof over time. We document all damage thoroughly, which supports your insurance claim under the Damage Restoration and Insurance Claims process. If your home sits within a Houston Heights historic district, exterior roofing work must align with City of Houston preservation guidelines. We understand those requirements and work within them. Call us to schedule your wind damage inspection in The Heights.
